Invoicing and Payment Policy for In-Person Activities

Invoices

blue marble learning scene will email an invoice for all group booked in-person activities. This email will include the activity cost and will outline the booked activity topic, location, and date / time scheduled. This invoice will be provided electronically to the email provided by guests and will outline the payment options and expected date of payment.

Invoices will not be provided for registration to a blue marble community event such as a guided walk. You will instead be provided with a receipt from the blue marble store upon completion of payment.

Payment

Payment for all in-person experiences, workshops, and other activities are due the day of or prior to the scheduled experience date. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, e-transfer (to bluemarblelearningscene@gmail.com), cheque made payable to blue marble learning scene, or cash.

Specifically, for guided walks payment is made through the blue marble store using credit card. If you would like to pay for a guided walk with a different method please contact us via email (to bluemarblelearningscene@gmail.com) so that we can register your attendance and save your spot.

Late Payments

If payments are not made within 30 days of the scheduled experience date, additional surcharges may apply, and guests will need to make payments upfront when scheduling their next experience.

Payment Received Confirmation

blue marble learning scene will send a confirmation email within 48 hours of receiving payment identifying that payment has been made.
